PersistQ respects your privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We want to be clear: We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

What Does "Sell" and "Share" Mean?

Under California law:

  • "Sell" means disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
  • "Share" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads based on your activity across different websites).

How We Use Your Information

We collect and use personal information solely to provide our Service:

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of your California privacy rights, you may:

  • Include your account email and specify which right(s) you wish to exercise

We will verify your identity before processing your request and respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days if necessary, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reason.

Verification Process

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before fulfilling requests to know, delete, or correct personal information. We may request:

  • Your account email address
  • Verification of account ownership (e.g., login confirmation)
  • Additional information to match our records

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide:

  • Proof of authorization (signed permission from you)
  • Verification of your identity
  • Verification of the agent's identity

We may deny requests from agents who cannot provide sufficient proof of authorization.

Sensitive Personal Information
